One to One Yoga

Is highly effective as a therapy to help restore balance following injury, accidents, illness or life changing events which can be traumatic.

 If you are concerned about a current or past injury/mental or physical condition (that does not allow you to join a regular class) one to one classes may be worth considering.

  • One to one yoga is a wonderful way to begin yoga privately until you feel confident/comfortable to join a suitable group/class or enjoy your own home
  • Personalize your yoga practice according to your individual needs
  • Explore different areas of yoga practice: postures, meditation, breathing exercises.
  • Understand and heal deep emotional conflicts, and address any issues to do with your physical, mental, or emotional health.
