Over the years I have learned and experienced so much in India, Canada and throughout Europe but my greatest teachings of all was what I learned in India while living and studying there on many occasions. Watching the Indian students practice Yoga together with such commitment and discipline to their practice was a real experience and so beautiful to watch. It is because of all this that I now want to progress each of my classes to a whole new level that Deva Yoga has not yet reached but we are most certainly on our way there. So, I am now going to show and teach Yoga to all of my classes as if they were those Indian Yoga Students that took my breath away as I watched them in awe. It was in India where my greatest love, respect and appreciation of Yoga started and I know that it will always stay with me.

Monday Yoga Class Monaghan

Starting Monday 7th January

This Class is of an Intermediate Level Practice and will cover a wide selection of Yoga Asanas working on both Flexibility and Strength. It will be quite challenging but not beyond the limitations of each person within the group.

Teachings & Practice of “The Ancient Yoga Tradition”

The Tuesday and Thursday morning classes will give you a very good intermediate level of practice. They are a lovely group of ladies and there is a really great atmosphere and energy within. These classes have become very successful; those attending show a lot of commitment to their practice each week and are really enjoying their classes. I am very pleased with their practice and can see great changes in them from week to week. Most of them attend both classes weekly and others attend one or other.

Monaghan Tuesday Yoga Class

Starting Tuesday 8th January

This class is really incredible, it has moved to an Advanced Level of Practice and all of them work and practice so beautifully together. They have all come a long way in their practice by commitment and dedication to their class and they are a perfect example of what can be achieved.  As well as strength they have gained a lot of flexibility and can now do quite difficult Backward Bending Asanas which are not so easy to do but are of great importance in any Yoga practice with enormous health benefits. 


Wednesday Yoga Class Monaghan

Starting Wednesday 5th September
Teachings & Practice of “The Ancient Yoga Tradition”

This is another group that have come on so well in their practice and have moved well into an Advanced Practice of Yoga. It is a very challenging class and while we always work with creating both flexibility and strength a lot of Asanas in this class give more emphasis on both mental and physical strength.

Thursday EVE yoga class MONAGHAN

Yoga Class from 7pm – 9pm NEW CLASS – INVERTED ASANAS - Thursday Evening

This is a New Class that will specialize in the teaching and practice of Inverted Asanas. In Yoga Sirsasana (Headstand) and Sarvangasana (Shoulderstand) are regarded as the King and Queen of all Yoga Asanas. All Yoga Asanas greatly develop and improve mental, physical and spiritual health so much that the benefits are almost incalculable.

saturday Monaghan Yoga Class

Saturday 9.00am – 11.00am | Starting Saturday 12th January

The Saturday Morning Class is a wonderful way to end your working week and get your weekend off to a great start! It is also a great alternative for those who find it difficult to come to the evening classes.
